What is your return policy?

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The items must be unworn, with the original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Once we have received your return, the amount will be refunded within 3–5 working days. Please note: discounted items cannot be returned.

Can I still change my order after I've checked out?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, so it's not always possible to make changes. Please contact us immediately via email or chat if you want to make any adjustments we'll check if it's still possible before your package is shipped.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Faster shipping options are available at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code.

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
